The buffalo cows calve on average once every twelve months, our cows are allowed to rear their own calves and we harvest the excess milk once a day. Currently the milk is pasturised before being carefully handcrafted locally into Buffalo cheese and Gelato.

We sell Buffalo meat boxes directly from the farm. The steers are allowed to live a good, natural life and are fed grass and forage. They are taken to a local abattoir where they are processed and returned ready for boxing up for collection or local delivery. We can also post.
